WATCH VIDEO: Curfew violators forced to lie in muddy water before being flogged by soldiers

A video is currently making rounds on social media which has some curfew violators in Ilesha being subjected to rigorous punishment after they defied the curfew imposed by Governor Gboyega Oyetola.

Reports say that the violators were made to lie in a muddy water before they were being flogged by the soldiers.

In the video, one of the curfew violators is seen being repeatedly whipped on his buttocks while he screamed out in pain.
