The issue of the youth rising and seeking that the country is fixed has been taken seriously this time by Ghanaians. While the likes of Efia Odo, Sarkodie, Joey B, John Dumelo and certain celebrities are for this protest, the likes of Matilda Asare, Prince David Osei, Fameye and even Kuami Eugene have spoken against this protest.
Matilda Asare, ace Kumawood actress was on United Showbiz on UTV and she shared her thoughts about the ongoing trend on social media. According to Matilda, there is absolutely nothing to fix in the country. The country is doing good and okay and to her everything is running smoothly.
Social media users had no other option than to associate her with the NPP because she ran an advert for the political party prior to the December 7 elections. The issue is the ‘Fix the country’ trend needs not to be politicised. It’s not to tarnish any party’s image; this fight is for the future of the country. Ghana needs to be fixed and made better.
To be honest, there’s nothing running smoothly in the country. They always mention Free SHS but the other sectors are being affected. Ghana needs to be fixed now.
