The pastor who is alleged to have threatened the life of the chairperson of the Electoral Commission, Kwabena Owusu Adjei is yet to go into police custody despite a ruling by a Circuit Court in Accra remanding him into police custody.
General Overseer of the Hezekiah Prayer Ministries, Kwabena Owusu Adjei is still in the custody of the National Security awaiting results of his COVID-19 test before he is offically handed over to the Police.
The testing process is needed before the accused can be accepted into any prison facility, according to the National Security.
The self-acclaimed prophet has been charged with three counts namely; threat of death, offensive conduct to the breach of peace and possession of narcotic substances.
He is scheduled to re-appear in court on June 23, 2020.
