Nigeria: Seven storey building collapse at Yara Dua drive, New Owerri [Watch Video]

A seven storey building has collapsed at Yara Dua drive, New Owerri area of Imo state leaving at least one dead and several others trapped.

According to report, seven storey building was under construction before it collapsed.

The cause of the collapse has not been ascertained at the time of this report.

Some police officials are at the scene doing their best to rescue as many as possible from the debris.

As at the time of this report, one fatality has been recorded.
