Celebrated actress and TV presenter Nana Ama McBrown has reacted to reports that she has been benched from hosting United Showbiz show on UT.
Few weeks ago, artiste manager, known in showbiz as Bulldog, threatened President Akufo-Addo over the locked-up cash of customers of the defunct gold dealership firm Menzgold on United Showbiz hosted by McBrown.
While making his submission, the outspoken artiste manager said: ”We’ll get our monies back else he [President Nana Akufo-Addo] will run; like he won’t finish his four years.”
Bulldog came under heavy backlash for his remarks and was subsequently picked up and detained by the National Intelligence Bureau (NIB).
Bulldog was granted bail in the sum of GHC70,000.00 with three sureties on Wednesday, January 13.
Follow this, reports emerged that, UT has taken away the responsibility of hosting United Showbiz from Nana Ama McBrown as her programme has now been given to Abeika Santana.
Reacting to the rumours, McBrown posted a video of her home comfortably watching the show with the caption :”Your Empress is coming back soon and big ups to my brother @abeikusantana for that vibe @safoaband @utvghana #Brimm”.
