Lawyer Tsatsu Tsikata is a legal luminary in Ghana and a member of the National Democratic Congress (NDC) and currently in the ongoing petition hearing, he is the lead representative of the petitioner, H. E John Dramani Mahama.
By virtue of his caliber in the law fraternity and legal practice in Ghana and in advancing the course of the NDC must necessarily demand his eventual replacement and thankfully, a young excelling lawyer and academic, already making waves in the media, is likely to be his successor of some sort, a decade from today.
He is Lawyer Justice Srem-Sai (BA, LLB, QCL, LLM, LLM), an Ivy League trained lawyer and academic.Justice has postgraduate law degrees from Harvard Law School, where he researched into corporate law, governance and finance; and from Cardiff School of Law and Politics, where he researched into disability human rights.
He was admitted to the Ghana bar in 2011. Justice currently teaches Constitutional Law and International Human Rights Law at the Faculty of Law of the Ghana Institute of Management and Pubic Administration (GIMPA).
His areas of research, practice and publication include, constitutional history, human rights policy and enforcement in developing democracies, corporate governance, parliamentary oversight and governance, disability rights and social care law. He has delivered lectures on topics in these areas in Africa and elsewhere.
Justice has worked briefly as the Legal and Regulatory Affairs Manager at SAB Miller (owners of Accra Brewery Limited and Voltic Ghana Limited)) and served enviably as a teaching assistant right after his LLM graduation.
He also held a fellowship with the Open Society Foundation, New York. He teaches Commercial Law; Legal Environment of Business; Intellectual Property Law; Business Ethics and Corporate Social Responsibility; and International Human Rights Law.
Prior to joining the GIMPA Law Faculty, Mr. Srem-Sai worked as Associate with the law firm of Atuguba & Associates. Mr. Srem-Sai’s areas of research, practice and publication include, corporate governance, parliamentary oversight and governance, disability rights and social care law.
He has delivered lectures on topics in these areas across the world. He also has a keen interest in commercial litigation.

Currently, he is a Joy FM/JoyNews TV legal expert on law and governance and intermittently called upon to discuss relevant issues when they come up. He also speaks frequently on other top stations like Citi TV, amongst others.
Also on Social Media, he is very active on Facebook with a large following and shares his candid options and expert perspectives on issues of national importance. He utilizes wits and humour sometimes to address some of these issues.
