Deputy Minister of Trade Hon. Carlos Ahenkorah has refuted claims he was admitted at ICU in Korle Bu Teaching Hospital.
Speaking to a couple of radio stations he did admit that he tested positive for COVID-19 a couple of weeks ago but he is asymptotic.

On why he refused to self isolate and went around some polling stations in his constituency to monitor the Voter Registration exercise, he defended his actions.
“I am asymptomatic. My driver has also been tested for COVID-19 and tested positive. He just drove me to the centre, he didn’t get out of the car with me “
