A member of the Communication team of the New Patriotic Party,Chief Solomon has dragged the face and credibility of the Presidential candidate of the Opposition National Democratic Congress(NDC),John Dramani Mahama through chagrin, saying that comparing the NPP to the NDC is like “comparing apples to grapes.”

Chief Solomon displayed a strong sense of defense of his party, outlining the achievements of the NPP, and the projects they have undertaken. The verbose communication team member of the NPP said during an interview on ‘Dwenehobiom’—a political talk show hosted by K.K on Accra-based Hot 93.9FM that the NDC can only bluster about infrastructure.

He, however, burst their delusion by pointing out that the provision of social amenities and infrastructure are “policies enshrined in the constitution”, but they are not carried out at “the expense of the tax payer”.

Having established that argument, he accused the former President John Mahama’s government of duping and stealing from Ghanaians. On June 27, 2020, the Nana Addo Dankwah Akufo-Addo, Presidential candidate of the New Patriotic Party named H.E Mahamadu Bawumia as his running mate for the fourth time.

Speaking of running mates, the communicator ridiculed the NDC presidential candidate, John Mahama for his inability to choose a running mate. He alleged that due to the corrupt nature of the former President, no one is willing to stand with him as a running mate in the December 7, 2020 general elections.

He asserted that Mahama would definitely go into the elections with a negligible running mate and that they (the NPP) have the dossier and docket that could imprison any running mate that the former and the NDC would provide, even before the general elections.

Meanwhile, registration is ongoing for the compilation of the new voters’ register, as ruled by the Supreme Court.
