Inspector General of Police, James Oppong-Boanuh has blamed broken homes for the increasing crime rate in Ghana.
The head of Ghana Police Service says families are producing deviant children because of the absence of father figures in the training of children.
According to James Oppong-Boanuh Ghanaian fathers aren’t doing their job well when it comes to training children.
The result of the broken homes and irresponsible fathers is that the children grow up with bad morals and engage in crimes.
This remarks after his infamous comment that there is crime in every society except heaven.
