The latest update provided by the Ghana Health Service indicates that the number of COVID-19 cases have seen a surge.

718 new cases have pushed the number of active cases to 8, 216.

The country’s death toll now stands at 533.

In all, Ghana has recorded 75, 836 COVID-19 cases with 67,087 clinical recoveries.
